About us

A small software engineering company building systems people depend on

Sahajway Technologies is a software engineering company, building software since 2023 and incorporated in 2025. We build custom software, AI-native products, enterprise platforms and mobile applications, and work end to end — discovery, architecture, design, engineering, and long-term support — with AI woven into the delivery process rather than bolted on at the end.

Who we are

What we actually do

Sahajway Technologies has been building software since 2023, and was incorporated in 2025. We build custom software, AI-native products, and mobile applications — usually for organisations whose processes do not fit anything they could buy off a shelf.

In practice that has meant controlled-access systems for regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing, franchise and field-service platforms, multi-campus school administration, and a full online travel platform with an accompanying Android app. Most of it we still maintain, which means we live with our own engineering decisions long after launch.

We use AI throughout delivery, deliberately and under review. It genuinely compresses implementation time. It does not remove the need for engineers who understand what correct looks like, and we have not pretended otherwise to win work.

Engineering standards

What every release is held against, regardless of deadline.

  • Server-rendered by default, with a performance budget enforced in CI
  • Authorisation checked on the server, never only hidden in the interface
  • Automated tests on the paths that matter, run on every change
  • Dependencies scanned and patched on a defined cadence
  • Accessibility built in rather than audited afterwards
  • Decisions documented so knowledge survives people moving on
How we work

Principles we actually apply

Not values on a wall. These are the things we will hold to even when it is inconvenient — including for us.

01

Say the uncomfortable thing early

If a deadline is unrealistic, a requirement is a mistake, or AI is the wrong tool for your problem, you hear it while it is still cheap to change.

02

Review everything

Every change is reviewed by a person before it ships, whether a human or an AI wrote it. This is the standard we do not trade away for speed.

03

Build for the person who inherits it

Software gets maintained far longer than it gets built. Explicit boundaries and readable structure are not perfectionism, they are the cost of ownership.

04

Measure instead of asserting

Performance budgets, test coverage, evaluation sets. If we claim something is good, there should be a number behind it.

05

Own it after launch

Launch is the middle of the project, not the end. We stay responsible for what we build.

06

No invented numbers

We do not publish metrics we have not measured. It is why our case studies describe what changed rather than quoting percentages we cannot substantiate.

FAQ

Questions about us

  1. 01How big is your team?

We are 12 people, based in Nadiad, Gujarat, India. Small enough that you talk directly to the engineers building your software rather than through an account manager.

  2. 02How long have you been operating?

We have been building software since 2023 and incorporated as Sahajway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2025, so we are 3+ years in. We would rather state that plainly than imply a longer history — our work is verifiable on our case studies page and on the review platforms we are listed on.

  3. 03Do you work with clients outside India?

Yes. We work remotely with clients in other timezones, with a deliberate overlap window agreed at the start rather than left to chance.

  4. 04Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, routinely, before discovery conversations begin. Client confidentiality is why several of our case studies describe the sector rather than naming the organisation.

  5. 05Who owns the software you build?

You do, in full, with all rights assigned on delivery — including anything produced with AI assistance.
