Work on software that has consequences
We are a small team building systems people depend on to do their jobs — access control in regulated manufacturing, campus administration, service networks, booking platforms. If that sounds more interesting than another CRUD dashboard, read on.

What we are hiring for
Frontend Developer
openBuild the interfaces clients actually use — dashboards, portals, and product surfaces, mostly in Next.js and TypeScript.
- Strong React and TypeScript, and opinions about component design
- Care about performance and accessibility, not just whether it renders
- Comfortable owning a feature from design handoff to production
Backend Developer
openDesign and build the services behind our platforms — APIs, data models, integrations, and the parts that have to stay correct.
- Node.js and TypeScript, ideally NestJS; SQL you can reason about
- Instinct for where authorisation and validation belong
- Have debugged something in production and learned from it
AI Engineer
openShip AI features that survive production — agents, retrieval systems, evaluation harnesses, and the guardrails around them.
- Built something with LLMs beyond a prompt in a playground
- Understand why evaluation matters more than prompt cleverness
- Healthy scepticism about AI output, including your own
UI/UX Designer
openDesign software people use every day for work — where clarity and speed matter more than decoration.
- Figma fluency and the ability to deliver a system, not just screens
- Interest in complex interfaces: dashboards, workflows, dense data
- Can explain a decision in terms of the user, not taste
General Application
openNot seeing your role? If you are good at something we need and can show it, we would still like to hear from you.
- Tell us what you do and point us at something you have built
- Be specific about what you want to work on
Honestly, what you are signing up for
Including the parts that will not suit everyone. We would rather you self-select out now than three months in.
Small team, real ownership
We are 12 people. You will own features end to end rather than a slice of a ticket, and your work reaches production quickly.
AI is part of how we work
We use AI assistants across delivery, under review. You do not need prior experience, but you do need to be willing to work this way.
Real clients, real constraints
Regulated pharma systems, franchise networks, booking platforms. The work has consequences, which is what makes it interesting.
Review is not optional
Everything gets reviewed, including ours. If you want your code to ship unexamined, this will frustrate you.
Remote, anywhere in India
The whole team works from home, and you can join from anywhere in India. We are being upfront about how we work rather than letting you discover it at offer stage.
Learning is budgeted, not implied
New tools and approaches get tried on real projects, not just talked about. A small team means fewer layers between an idea and trying it.
Send us your application
Pick the role, tell us a little about yourself, and attach your CV. If you have something you are proud of — a repository, a live project, a portfolio — put the link in the comments box. It is the part we read first.
Applications are read by the people you would actually work with, not filtered by a keyword system.

Questions candidates ask
01Do you hire freshers?
Yes, for engineering and design roles, provided you can show us something you have built — a project, a repository, a portfolio. We care considerably more about that than about which college you attended.
02Is remote work possible?
Yes — it is the only way we work. The whole team is remote, and you can join from anywhere in India. We would rather tell you clearly how the team works now than surprise you later.
03What does the process look like?
An introductory conversation, a practical exercise related to the actual work rather than abstract puzzles, and a technical discussion about how you approached it. We aim to keep it to two weeks and we tell you either way.
04What stack will I work with?
Mostly TypeScript across the board — Next.js and React on the frontend, NestJS and Node on the backend, PostgreSQL and Prisma for data, React Native and Flutter for mobile. Plus the AI tooling we build with daily.
05What if I apply and hear nothing?
That should not happen. We reply to every application, including the ones we decline. If a week passes with no response, email us directly and chase it.
