Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you use this website and when you send us an enquiry through it.

  • Last updated 27 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of https://sahajwaytechnologies.com and the forms on it. By using this website you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

These are website terms only. They do not govern a client engagement — project work is covered by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement takes precedence.

2. Who we are

Sahajway Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a software engineering company registered in India, operating from Nadiad, Gujarat, India. You can reach us at info@sahajwaytechnologies.com or +91 97269 33558.

3. Using this website

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through our forms.
  • Submit automated or bulk enquiries, or attempt to circumvent our bot protection.
  • Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability of the site for others.
  • Scrape or systematically extract content from the site for commercial reuse without our written permission.

4. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a form on this site does not create a contract between us. It starts a conversation.

Any timeline, scope, or indicative budget range discussed before a signed agreement is an estimate given in good faith, not a commitment. Costs and delivery dates become binding only in a signed engagement agreement or statement of work.

We may decline an enquiry without giving a reason, including where we do not think we are the right fit for the work.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, design, code, logos, and the Sahajway name — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not republish, sell, or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

This is separate from work we deliver to clients. Under our engagement agreements, intellectual property in the software we build for a client is assigned to that client on delivery.

6. Content you submit

You keep ownership of anything you send us through this site, including your enquiry details and any CV you upload. By submitting it you give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it for — replying to you, preparing a proposal, or assessing an application.

Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the website forms. If you need to share something confidential, tell us and we will execute an NDA and give you a secure channel first.

You confirm that anything you submit is yours to send and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Third-party links

This site links to external sites, including live client platforms, app store listings, and third-party review profiles. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep this website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it — including for maintenance — without notice.

Availability commitments for software we build and host for clients are set out in the relevant engagement or support agreement, not here.

9. Accuracy of content

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, including descriptions of our services, technologies, and past work. It is provided for general information and does not constitute technical, legal, or professional advice.

Case studies describe work we have delivered. Where a client is not named, that is at the client's preference or ours. Timelines and figures given in service descriptions are typical ranges, not guarantees for your project.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost business, or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability arising from client work is governed by the relevant engagement agreement.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal data submitted through this site is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with the date shown at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
