What we were solving
School groups running several campuses end up running several systems. Admissions sit in one place, fees in another, attendance in a register, and communication in a messaging app — so nobody has a reliable picture of a single campus, let alone the group.
The enquiry-to-admission funnel is usually the weakest link: enquiries arrive, get followed up inconsistently, and conversion is never measured.
The platform needed to cover daily operations without becoming so heavy that campus staff avoid it.
How we built it
- 01
Campus as a first-class boundary
Every record belongs to a branch, and the interface makes the active campus explicit at all times. Group-level roles switch between campuses or view the roll-up; campus staff simply never see anyone else's data.
- 02
Treat admissions as a tracked funnel
Enquiries are recorded with follow-up state and conversion outcome, so the dashboard can report enquiries received against admissions closed rather than leaving that relationship to memory.
- 03
Cover the daily loop, not just the records
Attendance, schedules, care logs, and communication are where staff actually spend their day. Building these well is what makes the fee and academic records stay current, because the system is already open.
- 04
Use AI for the reading, not the deciding
AI Summaries condense campus activity into something a head of school can scan in the morning. It surfaces and summarises; it does not take administrative actions on its own.

Academics and scheduling
Classes, timetables, and calendar management across campuses.
Fees
Fee structures, collection status, and outstanding balances per student.

Common questions
01Does it support more than one campus?
Yes — multi-campus is the default model, not an add-on. Records are scoped to a branch, and group-level roles can switch campus or view the combined roll-up.
02Can it be customised for our school's processes?
Yes. Fee structures, academic terms, and communication flows differ meaningfully between schools and boards, so these are configured per deployment rather than assumed.
